President of the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS), David Albright; Executive Director of the Ploughshares Fund, Phillip Yun; and the Senior Director of the Asia-Pacific Security Program at the Center for New American Security, Patrick Cronin addressed the significance of this nuclear test, North Korean nuclear advancement, and international responses on dealing with North Korea.
